Virgin Blue Order additional Trainers

To allow early training to commence at their Brisbane Training Centre, Virgin Blue have ordered a standalone Embraer E190 1L door Trainer with an integrated communications system and an Overwing Exit Trainer. Both devices will be completed within a short 6 week programme to ensure that economical sea freight will still allow early delivery to site.   Read More

Virgin Blue have added a Flight Deck, Flight Crew seats, a 2 metre Cabin extension, extra PAX seats, simulated smoke and fire, additional Cabin Attendant Seats and a fully functional 2L door to the Embraer 170/190 Cabin Crew Trainer currently in build at RP Aero Systems. These additional features will enhance the capability of the device and will allow Virgin Blue to expand the training possibilities.   Read More

Lufthansa order Pilot Seat

Lufthansa Training have ordered an Airbus pilot Seat for their Training Centre in Frankfurt. The seat has foldable armrests, fully simulated electric forward and aft ?J? action and features operable handles for the seat back and harness release. The seat will be built into a Pilot Incapacitation Trainer and will allow Lufthansa to carry out Incapacitation Drills.   Read More
